Welcome to PACT! A short game for the Brackeys 2026.2 game jam. In it, you sit down with three rival warlords on one small world, and only one of you leaves with it.

Grow towns, harvest the land, raise armies, take capitals. But you cannot win alone, so you will sign pacts.

A pact is not a checkbox. It is two envoys standing in each other's homeland. While they live, trade pays you every turn, their roads carry your troops, and your soldiers hold the line harder side by side. Recall your envoy and walk it home to end things honestly. Strike while it still stands and it is betrayal: you take the whole chest, and their army never sees it coming.

So can they. Every pact grows richer the longer it runs, which means it is always worth the most to whoever breaks it first.
